Weatherization
The Weatherization program provides owner occupied or renter occupied housing units with weatherization applications that reduce utility costs and address the infiltration of air. Applications include: insulation in the attic, walls and floors; caulking, weather-stripping, repair or replacement of heating and/or air conditioning units.
These services are available to income-eligible households of the following counties: Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cooke, Delta, Fannin, Franklin, Grayson, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Rains, Red River, Titus.
