TCOG’s Client Services Department specializes in programs that provide direct services to low-income families living in the Texoma Region. Provides information and referral services to persons of all ages who are seeking help from Health and Human Services agencies in Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties. Specialized access and assistance is provided to persons with disabilities and/or who are elderly.Public Housing

Section 8 Rent Assistance / Family Self-Sufficiency Program

Energy Assistance Program

Weatherization Program
